HENDERSON, Ky. (WFIE) – On Wednesday, police say a 12-calendar year-old girl was abducted and raped in Hartford.
Law enforcement say this assault was random, the suspect and the sufferer did not know every single other and the target was just sitting down outside the library making use of general public WiFi.
