ANDERSON — Just one of the curriculum requirements for elementary college students in Indiana is computer system science. To help them study not just personal computer science but other science, technology, engineering and mathematics expectations, Anderson Local community Schools has adopted Challenge Lead the Way coursework.

In accordance to Andrea Meadows, the elementary eLearning educational coach with ACS, the district started off screening out PLTW coursework in certain classrooms ahead of the pandemic, with all Grades K-6 lecturers now taking part.

“We were presently executing it (PLTW) at the middle college and significant university so we in essence could just prolong it downward and have continuity in what we were carrying out,” she explained.
